TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
I believe that everybody has the capacity to create positive change in their lives, to discover their own "personal power and self motivation" uncovering that place inside where real lasting transformative change is possible. It's what inspired me to become a personal trainer over 25 years ago and to build my inspirational results oriented personal training business dedicated to the health and wellness of my clients.
I believe it's important for my clients to understand the difference between working out and training. Working out is something you do. Training is somewhere you go. Training is specific. It has a destination and a road map for getting there and when followed with the right amount of intensity, a proven result.
I am whole heartedly invested in my client's journey and destination. My weight loss clients on average, lose 20-40 pounds in 12 weeks, following a systematic approach which addresses all the elements that are key to making a transformation. I also believe that transformation has to start on the inside. “My client's need to have a good reason to want to make a change and having the right mind set is key to turning dreams into goals, and goals into a transformation."
